ABOUT PAROO
Smart librarians. Serious systems.
Jennifer Pflaumer founded Paroo in 2009 after recognizing a gap that most organizations don't talk about openly — their digital systems are a mess, and nobody owns the problem. Since then, she has helped global consumer brands, cultural institutions, media companies, and enterprise organizations bring genuine order to their digital environments.
Jennifer's work sits where business strategy meets technology. She helps organizations get their digital house in order — so the right people can find the right assets, systems run the way they should, and nothing falls through the cracks.
With a Master of Library and Information Science from UCLA — focused on human-computer interaction, digital media, and information architecture — Jennifer brings both technical depth and disciplined thinking to every engagement. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy — which shows up in her work as a habit of asking the right questions before reaching for solutions.
Jennifer has served as President of the Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP) and President of the UCLA Library and Information Science Alumni Association. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Worcester County Library.
