Jennifer Pflaumer is the Founder and CEO of Paroo, a premier information management and Digital Asset Management (DAM) consultancy serving complex, high-growth, and enterprise organizations. Since 2009, she has helped global consumer brands, cultural institutions, media companies, and mission-driven organizations transform chaotic digital ecosystems into structured, scalable systems that drive operational clarity and strategic advantage.

Jennifer specializes in aligning business strategy with digital infrastructure. She works at the intersection of executive leadership and IT, architecting governance frameworks, information strategies, and DAM ecosystems that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and future-proof organizations for AI-driven growth. Her work enables companies to move faster, make better decisions, and fully leverage their digital assets as strategic capital.

With a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from UCLA — focused on human-computer interaction, digital media, and information architecture — Jennifer brings both technical fluency and philosophical rigor to system design. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, grounding her work in disciplined thinking and principled decision-making.

Jennifer has served as President of the Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP), as well as President of the UCLA Library and Information Science Alumni Association. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Worcester County Library. A recognized leader in the information management field, she continues to shape industry standards and advance best practices in digital strategy and asset governance.
